Nominal interest by currency

The annual nominal rate is used to calculate interest on the outstanding loan amount; it excludes fees and is different from APR. Rates depend on the currency, customer profile and fixed period. BTH refers to Albanian Treasury bills, while Euribor is a benchmark for euro borrowing. For a variable rate, the published minimum is a floor; the rate you pay may be higher.

Salary at the lending bank

The EUR/60-month example uses 9% for payroll and 11% for other customers. The ALL example uses the same 13.5% for both profiles. No ALL rate discount is verified.

What does salary transfer mean?

For an offer conditional on salary transfer, salary must be credited to an account at the lending bank; simply having an account there is not the same. Ask how long you must keep your salary there and what account or package fees apply. The bank confirms eligibility.

Other costs and currency scenario

Zero means this cost is excluded, not that the bank charges nothing. Annual insurance is spread over 12 months for this estimate.

YOUR ILLUSTRATIVE ESTIMATE

User-entered assumptions, not a bank offer. Monthly rates equal the annual nominal rate divided by 12; bank day-count conventions may differ.

Includes the borrowed amount, interest and only the extra costs entered. Costs left at zero are excluded. Follow-on rates and exchange-rate changes are assumptions, not forecasts. This is not APR.
